About My Clients
I work with individuals, parents, and couples facing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum changes, infertility, and relationship or family conflict. I support children and adults with ADHD, addiction, grief, depression, OCD, and stress while building coping skills and emotional resilience.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive, focused on trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and pregnancy or postpartum concerns. I use evidence-based approaches to help clients feel more grounded, reduce overwhelm, and build coping skills in a safe, compassionate space. I take an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client's individual needs. I commonly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, and I incorporate attachment theory to better understand how early relational experiences influence present-day relationships, emotional responses, and sense of self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I walk with my clients along the road less traveled on, will jump over the hurdles with you, and help you calculate how to get over the next one. My goal is to pull my clients above water, then teach them how to swim in the rough sea of life. I chose to become a counselor because I wanted to be the person I wish others had when life felt heavy. I believe everyone deserves a space to slow down, be present, find peace, and create meaningful change. If you’re looking for a counselor who will walk alongside you through life’s ups and downs, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
