My Background and Approach
I work with young adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, communication issues, life transitions, and self-esteem. My approach is direct and practical, but always gentle. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques to help you identify what’s working, shift what’s not, and build real tools to make lasting change.
