You don’t need to have “arrived” by a certain age. I work with late bloomers—people who feel like they’re just starting to find themselves in love, career, or personal identity. If you’ve ever wondered if you’re falling behind, starting over too late, or just tired of comparing yourself to everyone else’s timeline—you’re in the right place.
My Background and Approach
My work centers on helping clients slow down, unlearn patterns that no longer serve them, and build relationships (with themselves and others) rooted in honesty, ease, and emotional safety. I especially enjoy working with folks navigating first-time relationships in adulthood, dating with anxiety, career pivots, and the question: Who am I now? I bring warmth, humor, and cultural humility into my sessions. I'm especially passionate about working with POC, creatives, and introspective adults who are tired of shrinking themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is not linear, and there is no deadline for growth, love, or self-discovery. I honor the journeys of late bloomers—those who may be stepping into relationships, career shifts, or a deeper sense of self later in life. I trust that people carry wisdom in their timing, and I hold space for clients to explore that with curiosity and self-compassion. I value cultural humility, anti-oppressive practices, and creating a therapeutic space where you don’t have to explain or justify your story. I believe in therapy as a tool not just for healing the past, but for embracing what’s still possible. Everyone deserves to feel seen, safe, and supported while growing into their next chapter.
