About My Clients
I enjoy working with teens, adults, trauma survivors, minorities, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community suffering from trauma, PTSD, behavioral issues, grief, depression, and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I am a graduate of The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where I obtained my master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. The techniques I typically use are both traditional and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. My main goal as a therapist is to offer a safe, comfortable, judgement-free environment where clients can be transparent and open, so we can better collaborate in creating effective change within their current situation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapeutic relationships should be mutually fitting; if you are interested in conversations and interventions that promote positive change feel free to contact me to schedule your first session so we can get to know each other!
