About My Clients
Without an outlet for thoughts, feelings, and emotions, daily living and adapting to life changes may feel overwhelming and hard to manage. Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to consider how our our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors are connected. By exploring these connections, we begin to understand ourselves and our relationship with others.
My Background and Approach
A LCSW and psychotherapist, I complete intake, evaluation, and therapy sessions with adolescents, adults, and families. In addition to private practice, I was a school social worker for almost ten years, and earned my Doctorate in Social Work from Rutgers University. My intention is to provide a safe space to talk and explore life experiences. Given that all people are unique and complex, effective therapy is more than applying a one-size-fits-all intervention. As we work together, I will adapt my practice to ensure the most productive and significant therapeutic experience.
