My Background and Approach
I offer a trauma-informed, relational space where it’s safe to slow down, be heard, and start exploring what’s happening underneath it all. In our sessions, we’ll start by creating a safe, steady foundation. Then, we’ll gently explore what’s underneath the overwhelm and build practical tools tailored to your life and values. work primarily with young adults navigating life transitions, work or school stress, and the lingering effects of trauma. Many clients come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques, I provide a supportive space where you can process experiences, reduce anxiety and depression, and develop practical coping skills to thrive in daily life.
