My therapeutic style is defined by a gentle, warm, and inviting presence. I approach every client with deep empathy and a commitment to tailoring our work to your specific needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide the support and specialized tools for your healing. I utilize an integrated, trauma-informed approach grounded in attachment theory and supported by modalities such as CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I offer a safe and affirming space to explore your experiences, build practical coping tools, and reconnect with a deeper sense of agency and self-compassion.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a therapist, I’m passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where people can explore their stories and begin to heal. My work is grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and social justice. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate care that honors their identity, lived experience, and resilience. Before growing my private practice, I spent several years working with and advocating for dual status youth, young people navigating both the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. This experience deeply shaped my understanding of trauma, resilience, and the impact of systemic inequities on mental health. I’ve also worked closely within the child welfare system, supporting youth, families, and caregivers through times of crisis, transition, and healing. My clinical approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I value authenticity, connection, and empowerment in the therapeutic process. I’m committed to supporting diverse communities.
