Accepting Clients

You’re tired in a way rest can’t fix, carrying layers of expectations, responsibility, and an underlying fear of letting others down.

About My Clients

My clients usually feel like they're “too much” or that they need to change to be accepted. They may be the "mom" of the group or an "overachieving people-pleaser." They give so much, yet they're own needs go unseen. I help those who care deeply for others but struggle to feel seen themselves. In therapy, we’ll work to let go of old patterns and create space for the version of you that feels whole, without apology, and without needing to earn your place.

My Background and Approach

With a background as a victim advocate for survivors of domestic violence and specialized training in narcissistic abuse, I help individuals and couples break free from cycles of emotional neglect, toxic relationship dynamics, and past trauma. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which means we explore how past experiences and relationship patterns may be shaping how you feel, think, and respond today. This process isn't about staying stuck in the past, it's about making sense of it so you can break free from old patterns and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I focus on creating deep, lasting change, so you can heal and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone deserves access to therapy, not just as a temporary bandage, but as a path to deep, lasting change. Healing isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about reclaiming your story, rebuilding your sense of self, and learning to trust your inner voice again. My work is especially informed by those who’ve experienced the pain and confusion of traumatic relationships, including domestic violence and narcissistic abuse. I hold space for clients to process their experiences without judgment, and to reconnect with their strength, clarity, and autonomy. I’m passionate about creating a therapeutic environment that is trauma-informed, empowering, and grounded in compassion. Therapy should be a safe place where you’re not only heard, but truly seen
