My Background and Approach
My approach to counseling is focused on building an individual relationship with all clients that will allow for each client to feel safe, comfortable, and supported. When working with clients it is my goal to tailor the therapeutic experience to their individual needs. My counseling approach includes solution-focused counseling, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
