About My Clients

Do you feel like anxiety is always around the corner, ready to strike without warning? The racing heart, shortness of breath, and overwhelming fear can feel exhausting and out of control. You don’t have to live this way. I work with teens and women to understand their anxiety, learn calming strategies, and build confidence in handling stressful moments. Together, we’ll create tools that help you take back control and move forward with more peace and balance.

My Background and Approach

I provide a supportive, solution-focused approach that blends evidence-based techniques like CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. In our work together, we’ll focus on what’s happening right now—reducing intrusive thoughts, building coping skills, and helping you regain a sense of control. I’ll guide you in developing practical tools you can use daily to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and challenge negative beliefs with compassion. My experience includes supporting teens, adults, and families through life’s challenges—from anxiety and depression to identity exploration and major transitions. Therapy with me isn’t endless talking—it’s real conversations, actionable strategies, and accountability to help you create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone has the ability to grow, change, and heal at any stage in life. Mental health struggles often come from patterns we’ve learned, and with support, they can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of living. My own experiences with anxiety and finding freedom from panic attacks inspire my work today—I know the relief and confidence that come with healing, and I want the same for my clients. I hold a strong belief in inclusivity, respect, and compassion. I support and affirm all communities, including LGBTQ+, and value creating a space where clients feel seen and safe. Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and I see my role as a guide who walks alongside you with empathy, understanding, and practical tools. My commitment is to help you find freedom from the weight of anxiety, stress, and self-doubt so you can move forward with confidence and peace.
