About My Clients
If you feel stuck in survival mode — anxious, shut down, or struggling in relationships — you're likely carrying the weight of experiences your nervous system hasn't fully processed. I work with adults and young adults navigating the effects of childhood trauma, attachment wounds, and painful relational patterns. Together, we'll reconnect you with your authentic self at a pace that feels safe. I use EMDR, somatic, and attachment-based approaches to create lasting, embodied change.
My Background and Approach
EMDR therapy is an effective, versatile tool for trauma, anxiety, attachment issues, and somatic concerns. I specialize in working with people who have complex trauma using advanced EMDR techniques. I go slow and steady so you don't feel overwhelmed or too vulnerable during this brave and powerful process. I earned a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2022. I have worked in both nonprofit and private practice settings with adults, couples, teens and groups. I am trained in EMDR and love to witness meaningful healing with my clients as they process past trauma. I am also trained in the Gottman Method couples therapy, which can help couples reduce conflict, build trust and strengthen their sense of shared meaning. I help my clients navigate through a number of issues including: depression, anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem, emotion regulation, relational issues, inner child work, empowerment, trauma and family conflict.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a firm believer in the power of healing through fostering an authentic and nurturing relationship with my clients. That's why I always prioritize safety, warmth and support in my practice. I am a client-centered therapist who leads with empathy. I believe that all human beings are worthy of love and belonging. I will celebrate you for all that you are and warmly welcome you into the therapeutic space with me.
