About My Clients

I help foster self-compassion in my clients while guiding them through their journey of self-discovery and growth. My Background and Approach
I have many tools and techniques that I have been perfecting over my career in order to help people manage symptoms and reach their goals! I offer a nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space for the healing and growth process. All feelings are valid here. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences. I am mindful that no single approach works for everyone, therefore I utilize various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, as well as Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, Client Centered, expressive therapy, and Solution Focused treatment. I work with clients to find the best approach for them and their success. I continue to expand on my therapeutic skillsets and attend trainings that teach leading edge techniques as I believe it allows for the type of quality care that my clients deserve.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer in person and virtually therapy appointments. Everyone deserves someone to talk to in order to facilitate self-reflection, healing, and growth. I am an advocate for equity and justice for all who need it. I have worked with diverse cultures and populations including the LGBTQ+ comunity.
