About My Clients
I work with a diverse range of clients to address challenging behaviors, trauma and adverse experiences, stress management, family or relationship conflict, toxic communication, self-sabotaging patterns, mood difficulties, improving self-image, increasing executive functioning, and building healthier habits and skills.
My Background and Approach
Experienced therapy for teens & adults - I have assisted hundreds of people through life’s hardest moments, helping them navigate painful experiences, shift harmful patterns, and build lasting resilience. I bring extensive experience in trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral intervention, case management, hospitals, and community systems. In therapy, you’ll receive expert guidance, practical tools, and personalized strategies to process challenges, strengthen coping skills, shift unhealthy patterns, improve emotional regulation, and focus on meaningful, lasting personal growth, confidence, and resilience. I use connection and expert guidance to help you navigate life’s challenges. I have evening and weekend sessions and I also provide n-person or video therapy services.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in honoring each person’s individuality—meeting them where they are and supporting them in creating their own unique goals and dreams. My approach is rooted in cultural inclusivity and a trauma-informed lens, recognizing the diverse experiences that shape each person. Therapy is an act of bravery—a risk to share your truth in hopes it will be received with care. It can feel daunting to face what may be uncovered, but that’s why I view therapy as a marathon, not a sprint. Trust takes time, and I’m committed to building it gradually. As the relationship grows, I gently introduce deeper, more challenging conversations. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to walk alongside clients, offering support, perspective, and compassion every step of the way.
