I take a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach to help you align with your best self. Using evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other cognitive therapies, I’ll support you in meeting your therapeutic goals. As a first-generation Caribbean American, college graduate, and young professional, I understand the pressure to succeed and the toll it can take on your mental health.
