My Background and Approach
I received a M.Ed. from American Public University, G.C.C.E from North Carolina State University and a B.A. in psychology and philosophy from Rutgers University. I am an eclectic therapist, primarily pulling from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, Adlerian, and Gestalt, while highlighting the mind-body connection. I also offer “Walk & Talk” therapy sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental wellness should be equivalent to dental wellness, a real part of us that deserves care attention, proactive and guilt free support. I also believe in equity and access in care, that everyone everywhere deserves to care for their whole self.
