Life is full of unexpected twists, turns and loop de loops. At one point we feel like we have everything in order then the next minute everything seems to be falling apart. We may even question the direction that we are going and if we are at peace with where we are in life. Every person will experience life's trills and challenges in their own special way. However, during these times allow me to support you with navigating through the unexpected.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker/Therapist. I have experience working with individuals striving to overcome stress, depression, anxiety, and chemical dependency. In a collaborative effort I work closely with my clients to identify and address their unique needs in ways that manifest best within them. As a therapist I pride myself on authenticity and therapeutic transparency. I prioritize creating a safe space where people can share their experiences and concerns without judgment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all come from different walks of life. I feel that our differences is what makes us unique. This is why I prioritize meeting my clients where they are. I feel that building a strong and trusting relationship with anyone that I work with is essential. I emphasize self-compassion and empowerment. I encourage clients to show themselves kindness as they explore their thoughts and emotions through a therapeutic process that fits their individual needs.
