About My Clients
Counseling can be a scary next step for both children and adults. It is my goal to facilitate and enable clients to find meaning and understanding in life; to process, cope, and heal. I would like to partner with you in your decision to walk on this healing journey.
My Background and Approach
Problems and issues are many times symptoms of what we have faced, and I would love to provide a consistent, honest, and safe presence for you. I accomplish this by using a non-directive, humanistic approach with elements of Existentialism, Jungian, Mindfulness practices, SandTray therapy & more. There are many options for us to explore as we get to know each other. Utilizing my training in Humanistic approaches, play therapy, Sandtray therapy, ACT, DBT, and TFCBT, I work with clients of all ages. I can help clients facing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, intimacy issues, self-harm, abuse, and trauma, or those just wanting to come in and have someone to talk to.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passions include working with Highly Sensitive people/Empaths, counseling students, play therapy clients, and anyone open and willing to grow in this process.
