About My Clients
Therapy should be a place where you never have to face life's hardest moments alone, and that belief is the heart of how I work. I support kids ages 7 and up, teens, and adults, along with couples and families, and many of the people I see are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, family conflict, or relationship struggles. Whatever brought you here, we can explore it together, build on the strengths you already have, and find real, meaningful ways to move forward.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, steady, and down to earth. I want our work to feel like a true partnership, so we will go at your pace in a safe space where you can be vulnerable, express what you feel openly, and truly be heard and seen. I will walk alongside you the whole way, helping you build resilience, self awareness, and tools you can actually use. I take an approach of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy. With 3 years of private practice and 5 years in behavioral health, I have a wide variety of knowledge, skills, and experiences that support clients with what they need where they are at.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I think the main reason we develop mental health issues is because they are unhealthy learned behaviors that we have picked up along the way. Which means that I think you can unlearn the faulty behaviors and replace them with healthy ones. I walk alongside my clients to help them work on identifying, processing, and changing these behaviors. I am an outdoor enthusiast, single mother, and advocate for those who are vulnerable. I value efforts of growth, family, honestly, and showing up authentically.
