About My Clients
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves while managing work, relationships, family, and daily life. Many experience worry, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, emotional exhaustion, or the sense that they should always be doing more. Therapy can also support you through painful past experiences, grief, identity or relationship changes, and patterns that no longer feel helpful.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, mood concerns, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions. My work is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than based on a one-size-fits-all approach. I integrate evidence-based techniques with curiosity, compassion, and attention to the connection between your thoughts, emotions, relationships, body, and environment. Together, we may explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, improve boundaries and communication, and develop a deeper understanding of your needs. I strive to balance support with gentle challenge. Therapy is not only a place to feel heard, but also a space to practice new ways of responding to yourself and the circumstances around you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe who we are and how we respond to life are deeply influenced by what we have experienced. Many behaviors that now feel frustrating or limiting may have once helped you cope, feel safe, or remain connected to others. Therapy is not about judging those responses. It is about understanding them and deciding whether they still support the life you want to create. I believe healing happens through safe, authentic relationships and that meaningful change does not require you to become a different person. It often begins by reconnecting with who you are, recognizing your strengths, and learning to trust yourself more fully. You deserve a therapeutic space where your experiences are respected, your identity is affirmed, and your goals remain at the center of the work.
