About My Clients
I help kids, teens, and adults with a variety of challenges--whether significant trauma, anxiety and depression, or navigating daily stress. I have a background in supporting those who have had traumatic experiences, including physical and sexual abuse, as well as families impacted by the trauma and abuse. Additionally, I enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions such as starting college, moving, beginning a new job, and more.
My Background and Approach
I have an extensive background in supporting individuals on their journey to healing from a trauma. Traumatic experiences can look different for each of us and can include physical or sexual abuse, witnessing or being a victim of a crime, divorce, infertility, traumatic birth experience and more. You deserve to healing from your trauma and I am here to help. My expertise is in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) , eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and a person centered approach to therapy.
