My Background and Approach
Alexandra uses a holistic, client-centered approach that integrates the creative process with evidence-based practices, such as psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and CBT, to provide high quality treatment. She believes self-actualization is the goal of therapy and each individual is capable of navigating their challenges when given the right knowledge, tools, and resources.
