I’m trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy, a research-based approach that helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Whether you’re navigating conflict, disconnection, or big transitions, I help couples and individuals better understand their relational patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. While I am not seeing couples clients now, I use strategies from this method of therapy to help individual clients.

Low self-esteem often stems from early experiences that shaped how we view ourselves. I work with clients to uncover and heal those deeper wounds, often using EMDR to shift core beliefs and develop a more compassionate, confident sense of self. My approach is supportive, empowering, and focused on helping you rewrite the story you tell yourself.

I specialize in helping clients understand and manage anxiety by identifying triggers, calming the nervous system, and challenging unhelpful thought patterns. For those whose anxiety is rooted in past experiences, I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help heal unresolved trauma and shift the beliefs that keep anxiety in place.

I work with individuals to help them better understand their relationship patterns, attachment styles, and emotional needs. Whether you’re healing from heartbreak, struggling with dating, or wanting to build healthier relationships, I help you explore how your past influences your present, so you can show up more confidently and authentically in your connections.

My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, which means I prioritize creating a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I believe that each person has an innate capacity for growth, and my role is to support and guide that process with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your unique path.

I specialize in psychodynamic therapy, helping clients explore how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and early relationships continue to influence their present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through this deeper self-exploration, clients gain insight, emotional clarity, and the ability to make more intentional choices in their lives.
