About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions, including perinatal and postpartum challenges. My clients often seek deeper meaning, connection, and authenticity in their lives. I aim to create a compassionate, collaborative space where we can explore patterns, strengthen resilience, and help you reconnect with what feels most true and fulfilling.
My Background and Approach
I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #156580) supervised by Dr. James Norwood at the Free Association Clinic for Existential Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. I earned my MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and completed training focused on maternal mental health, trauma, and the caregiver-infant bond. My approach integrates CBT, ACT, IFS, mindfulness, and somatic techniques, grounded in attachment theory and a trauma-informed perspective. I also draw from existential and psychoanalytic principles, helping clients explore meaning, freedom, and self-understanding. My work is collaborative and humanistic—tailored to your individual experience and cultural context—to support lasting growth, healing, and authenticity.
