I am here to help you identify what is no longer working and what will serve you better. I believe that everyone deserves a space to feel validated, empowered, heard, and seen by another human being.
My Background and Approach
My style is warm, curious, compassionate, and genuine. I specialize in working with adults. I provide individual, couple's, and group therapy and have 5 years of experience working in trauma, sex therapy, and family therapy. My goal is to help you strengthen your own voice and explore how your own negative feelings and behaviors have both harm and protected you in the past. I utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Sex Therapy , Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Trauma Therapy to provide the most effective and catered treatment. I am also trained in a trauma treatment called ART that is used to reprogram the way in which traumatic memories are stored in the brain to decrease triggers and distress.
