About My Clients
Many of the people I work with are struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. During the first few sessions, we explore the current issues and past history. Together, we will create a plan to address the issues. That can look like setting boundaries, prioritizing self care, improving coping skills of breaking unhelpful patterns. Many clients feel a sense of relief after the first session.
My Background and Approach
You may look like you have it together on the outside, but actually feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. I help individuals better understand themselves, discover ways to cope and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with adults who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns like people-pleasing and overthinking. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients have trauma histories, caregiving roles, or chronic illness and are seeking deeper insight. I believe therapy works best when it feels thoughtful, supportive, and collaborative. Together, we work toward feeling more grounded, setting healthier boundaries, and relating to yourself with greater clarity and self-compassion.
