About My Clients
You’re a high-masking adult struggling with burnout, chronic stress, cognitive overwhelm, or relationship strain. On the outside, it looks like you've got it all together. But on the inside, you feel depleted, disconnected, and emotionally trapped. Clients I work with seek support to navigate complex life transitions, heal from trauma/PTSD or unhealthy relationship patterns, or after attempts with other therapeutic treatment options that left them feeling more disconnected from themselves.
My Approach to Helping
One of the first concepts we'll learn together is that anxiety and burnout are not your fault and asking for help does not mean you failed. My clinical practice is grounded in a nervous system–informed, neuro-affirming, and attachment-based approach that focuses on clients through a whole-person lens. This means that as your therapist, I consider all parts of you in our treatment planning and not only your symptoms or things you want to change. Your values, beliefs, dreams, and goals help guide the direction of care and offer a stable foundation to return to. We'll begin by getting an understanding of how chronic stress has shaped your emotional health, relationships, and identity over time. I offer a calm, collaborative therapeutic space to identify patterns related to stress, attachment, and emotional overwhelm-- all at your pace, while building practical skills you can use everyday to regulate your nervous-system, regain clarity, and reach recovery that feels safe and sustainable.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I believe that mental health symptoms reflect a dysregulated nervous system rather than a personality defecit or failure. Anxiety, burnout, and trauma responses are adaptive patterns shaped by life experiences, relationships, and environmental factors. Therapists should address the whole person—including feedback and buy-in from emotional, relational, spiritual, and psychological parts of clients. We'll be a great fit if you want to achieve recovery from burnout or deeply understand yourself and reframe old beliefs by deconstructing trauma-based personality traits or patterns. As a solution-focused therapist, within our therapeutic space you can expect to develop practical tools for stress management, nervous-system regulation, and boundary-setting—goals that are integrated into each treatment plan we co-create to support your journey toward healing and recovery.
