My Background and Approach
In our work together, I’ll help you rebuild a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and your own self-image, so you can stop obsessing over what to eat or how to look. Instead of hiding from uncomfortable emotions, we’ll create space to process them, at your pace. I believe that healing doesn’t have a timeline, and it's okay to not be okay sometimes. My approach is client-centered—where you're in the driver's seat, and I’m more like Siri here to guide you with compassion and support, helping you find lasting change. It may feel impossible right now, but trust me, you can find peace with food, feel good in your body, and reclaim your life from unrealistic expectations. Let's work together to make that happen.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Born and raised in the Midwest, I’m a Christian who offers the option to integrate faith into therapy. I believe it’s important to work with someone who truly understands what you're going through—and I do, because I've been there. My own struggles with body image, eating habits, and emotional overwhelm taught me how unhelpful beliefs can hold us back from the joy and relationships we crave. I know what it’s like to feel trapped in an endless cycle, and when we work together, you’ll have someone who understands and is committed to helping you find hope and healing.
