About My Clients
Alexandra works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting impact of early family and relational experiences. She also supports individuals during pregnancy, the postpartum period, and throughout parenthood.
My Background and Approach
With over 17 years of experience in therapeutic roles—including wilderness therapy, domestic violence services, university counseling, and group practice settings—Alexandra brings a breadth of clinical experience to her work. Her approach is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. She integrates talk therapy with optional art therapy, using verbal and experiential methods to support insight, emotional regulation, and deeper self-understanding. Art-making is always collaborative and guided by each client’s needs and preferences. Alexandra will complete Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 1 training in Spring 2026.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Alexandra believes that growth and healing happen through curiosity, connection, and self-compassion. She values the unique journey of each client and creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, discover insight, and build trust in themselves and others.
