I have passion for working with couples, individuals and teens on their goals. Therapy is such a powerful tool for healing and positive change, as individuals experience what it means to be heard and to have their emotions and experiences validated. My Background and Approach
I believe therapy is a space where people can be invited to explore themselves without judgment. I have a trauma informed lens to help create a safe space to get a greater sense of understanding oneself and to build a toolbox for dealing with stress, anxiety, difficult relationships, and depression.
