About My Clients
You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in painful patterns with food or body image, or trying to navigate the emotional impact of trauma or a medical diagnosis. Even when you push through, something still feels unresolved. I specialize in helping women navigate stress, trauma, and their relationship with their bodies. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who have spent years caring for others but feel disconnected from themselves.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Pratt University in 2013 with a Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development. Shortly after, I moved to Thailand. My time abroad greatly informed my personal and professional outlook and deepened my understanding of a holistic approach to healing. Since returning to the United States in 2020, I have split my time between private practice and serving as Chief Operating Officer of two eating disorder treatment centers, which provides me with a comprehensive perspective on the continuum of care. My diverse experience allows me to work intuitively with clients, tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs and presentation. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR, and also integrate creative arts therapy, mindfulness, body awareness techniques, yoga, and Tension Release Exercises (T.R.E.) for clients who benefit from connecting more fully with their bodies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Women are not meant to simply survive—we are meant to live fully, embodied, and empowered. If this resonates with you, I offer a free consultation to explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
