About My Clients
I support adults who feel ready to live with greater authenticity, connection, and purpose. My clients are often thoughtful, self-aware people who’ve learned to function well outwardly while carrying quiet exhaustion or disconnection inside. Whether you’re healing from trauma, struggling with anxiety or depression, navigating burnout, or exploring identity and existential questions, therapy can help you develop the tools to better function day to day, and to return to yourself.
My Background and Approach
My specialties include general mental health support, sex therapy, and psychedelic integration. Whatever your reason for coming to therapy, I take an integrative approach - drawing from modalities like ACT, Gestalt and IFS, somatic therapy, depth work, and existential and trauma-informed frameworks - to meet you where you are with warmth, curiosity, and respect for your inner wisdom.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it’s grounded in collaboration, not hierarchy. You are the expert on your own life and my role is to accompany you with curiosity, skill, and respect. I value authenticity, compassion, and depth, and I see each person as inherently whole, even when parts of them feel fractured or lost. I work hard to support clients access their own agency, despite the events or the systems that impact us. I hold trust, consent, and attunement as sacred in the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a space where all parts of you are welcome - where healing happens through presence, connection, and the courage to face what’s real.
