About My Clients
Our clients are motivated to change their behaviors and circumstances and work hard to create progress through practice of new skills. We work with single-event and complex trauma, dissociation, and personality/interpersonal difficulties as well as more general mental health conditions. Our clients are usually between the ages of 18 and 50 but some clinicans work with younger and older clients. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, multi-culturally aware, and sex positive.
My Background and Approach
My practice utilizes an integrative, person-centered approach with evidence-based treatments such as DBT, Radical Openness, Mentalization and EMDR.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in openness, free will, honesty, mindfulness, and acceptance. These beliefs and values have driven me throughout my life to help others find their own values and identities, regardless of what they might be, or how different they are from mine.
