I specialize in trauma-informed therapy that centers safety, trust, and empowerment. I work collaboratively to help you process painful experiences at your own pace, using a compassionate approach that honors your resilience. Healing happens in connection, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported and in control of your journey. I am not EMDR certified at this time, but I have several colleagues whom I feel very secure referring my clients to for additional support.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients navigate anxiety and depression by exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My approach is both structured and compassionate. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel empowered.
