Low self-worth can manifest in many different ways and wreak havoc on your life. In my office, we work from a depth-oriented perspective to identify the roots of low self-worth and rework self-narratives to include your strengths, unique gifts, and inherent worth.
Trauma can affect every domain of life: our bodies, minds, relationships and emotions. I bring a whole-person approach to treating trauma, incorporating the following techniques: trauma re-processing, emotional regulation skills, narrative building, and a focus on locating and feeling dissociated emotions.
Whether you're struggling with panic attacks, phobias, social anxieties or chronic stress, I am here to help. Unlike other emotions, anxiety is both an emotional state AND a symptom of other, often more deeply seated feelings (like fear, anger, or trauma memories expressing themselves through the body). To help you gain relief, I approach anxiety from all angles, both the immediate symptoms as well as root causes. This creates whole-person, systemic relief to the mind and body.
