About My Clients

Does it feel like your past is still holding you back? You notice feeling anxious, inadequate, or not seen as you work to create meaningful connections with the people in your life. Maybe you grew up in an environment where you were not understood, or you have survived a trauma during which you were hurt by someone close to you. Even when it feels like these difficult times are behind us, they can often show up in our present lives and relationships in ways that feel unexpected and confusing.

My Background and Approach

I work from a relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach. My work is focused on bringing relief to the whole self. We do this in four primary ways: 1) Gaining insight by finding your underlying causes of overwhelm. 2) Fostering self-acceptance by gaining perspective on your thoughts, feelings, and actions. 3) Returning to a sense of wholeness by reconnecting with parts of yourself that you've had to hide away. 4) Establishing relational repair by changing your patterns in relationships with yourself and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing, insight, and growth arise when we are able to create a meaningful and trustworthy therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where people can explore within themselves, gain helpful insights, and foster self-compassion.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
