About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who want more from their relationships and themselves. Many find themselves stuck in recurring struggles, feeling disconnected, questioning themselves more than they'd like, or wondering why certain challenges keep showing up despite their best efforts to change them. Often, they've spent a long time trying to make sense of things on their own and are looking for a space where they can be honest about what they're carrying.
My Background and Approach
Many people come to therapy because something in their life or relationships no longer feels the way they want it to. They may feel disconnected from a partner, overwhelmed by what they're carrying, frustrated that they keep ending up in the same place, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we'll take a closer look at what's happening and explore the experiences, emotions, and relationships that may be contributing to what you're going through. Sometimes understanding things differently can open up new possibilities for how you respond to them. My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I trust that each person is the expert in their own life, and therapy offers a space to explore your experiences, make sense of what you're carrying, and discover what feels right for you.
My Values as a Therapist
I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive, and welcoming space for people of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship structures. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel respected, understood, and free to show up as yourself. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person's unique story and experiences.
