Calling all Sensitive Hearts! My fellow empathic, creative, expressive, queer, deep thinking, deep feeling beings... who struggle to live in this Capitalist world. I’ll support you to find safety and love within yourself and your relationships ~ no matter how chaotic the world is around us, you can find that center that fills you with the life force to carry on and even thrive.
My Background and Approach
I offer trauma-attuned, mindfulness-based, attachment-based relational therapy using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other evidence-based, non-pathologizing approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support rebuilding trust, emotional safety, intimacy, and connection, within oneself and in one’s relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
With every cell of my being, I am anti-capitalist, anti-colonial, and anti-imperialist. I stand unequivocally with all oppressed peoples. I am for international solidarity, for a global system that regards Life as precious, irreplaceable, and worthy of protection above all else. *From Each According to their Ability, To Each According to their Needs!*
