About My Clients
Life can feel incredibly difficult when you're carrying anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, addiction or any other challenge in the way of healing and peace. These challenges can create blocks that hold you back from living fully—and you don’t have to face them alone. I’m passionate about helping clients heal from the inside out, in a space that’s supportive, nonjudgmental, and tailored to you. Together, we’ll work to move past what’s keeping you stuck and toward meaningful, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
Whether you're at the beginning of your healing journey or have been working at it for a while, I'm here to meet you where you are with compassion, support, and a plan. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. That means we work together on the goals that matter most to you, using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I also draw from my background in both private practice and community-based care to bring a well-rounded, real-world understanding to our work. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and a degree in Psychology from UMass Boston. But more importantly, I bring a deep respect for your unique path and a belief that recovery and healing are absolutely possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I deeply value openness, compassion, love, and acceptance. My goal is for every client to feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a warm, inclusive space where you can show up just as you are—and begin to find peace, healing, and clarity. I believe that every person has inner strengths and resilience, even when it doesn’t feel that way. In our work together, I aim to help you reconnect with those parts of yourself and move toward the life you want to live.
