My Background and Approach
You’re a high-performing athlete or creative who’s trained to push through, but pressure, anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or past experiences keep interfering with your focus, confidence, or consistency. Even when you’re successful on the outside, your nervous system may still be stuck in survival mode, making it hard to trust yourself, stay present, or perform at your best. I work with professional athletes and creatives who want more than mindset hacks or temporary coping tools. Using EMDR therapy, I help you process the underlying experiences that shape performance blocks, emotional reactivity, and stress responses. By addressing the root, not just the symptoms, you can access greater resilience, clarity, and ease, allowing you to perform, create, and compete with confidence and freedom.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe high performers don’t struggle because they’re weak; they struggle because their nervous systems have learned to protect them under pressure. Athletes and creatives carry immense drive, sensitivity, and responsibility, and old experiences can quietly shape how they perform, create, and recover. I believe real change happens when we work with the brain and body, not against them. Through EMDR, healing doesn’t mean losing your edge...it means freeing it.
