About My Clients
Life presents everyone with challenges. Intense transitions, traumatic experiences, loss, work, family, and never-ending responsibilities can bring stress, depression, or just a feeling of being overwhelmed. There is no need to face this alone. When you are ready, a therapist can be a powerful partner.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach creates a safe space for you to be open and explore who you are and who you want to be. You can gain insight into your thoughts and actions then learn new practices based on your values. I strive to help you feel more empowered and have more self-compassion. My style is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and over seven years of clinical experience to create an approach tailored to you. My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, and trauma and the unique forms they take in each person. Please note, I only provide VIRTUAL sessions. I am currently accepting individual clients over the age of 18. I offer telehealth sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am-5pm.
