My ideal client is someone ready to explore their thoughts, feelings, and patterns with honesty and curiosity. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, but they're open to support and growth. I work best with individuals who value a warm, collaborative approach and are willing to show up--messy, unsure, or in progress--as they move toward healing and change.
My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed therapist who provides a warm, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore what's weighing on them--whether it's anxiety, relationship struggles, identity issues, or trauma. I have a special interest in supporting those healing from religious trauma and spiritual abuse. If you're deconstructing beliefs, rebuilding trust in yourself, or processing harm from faith communities, you're not alone here. My approach is relational and client-centered, blending CBT, mindfulness, and part work to meet you where you are. I believe healing happens when we feels safe enough to be real--messy, uncertain, and honest. You don't have to have it all figured out; we'll walk through it together.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they are seen, heard, and valued for exactly who they are. My practice is rooted in inclusion and respect, and I'm committed to supporting LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients with care and humility. I honor the impact of systemic oppression and trauma, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that is anti-racist, affirming, and culturally responsive. I trust your lived experience and believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to show up as your full self--without judgment or pressure to change who you are.
