About My Clients
Whether you’re feeling anxious about what comes next, burned out, alone, or simply having a harder time finding your footing, you don’t have to have it all figured out before coming to therapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in engineering and corporate business, so I can especially relate to clients in similar roles.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also pulling from Person- Centered and Humanistic Therapies. I also incorporate mindfulness, strengths-based approaches, and mind-body practices to support each client's goals. Rather than telling you how to live, I’ll help you better understand yourself and what truly matters to you. Starting therapy—or starting again with someone new—can be ovewhelming! My style is conversational, curious, and collaborative. Together, we can make sense of what’s weighing on you, explore what matters to you, and work toward a life that feels more like your own
