About My Clients

My clients include children (10+), teens, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Many are also working through unmasking/identity development, parenting stress, emotional regulation, grief, or relational challenges. I support individuals adjusting to new or layered responsibilities or diagnoses, healing from burnout, seeking more authentic connection, improved communication, and a deeper sense of safety within themselves and their relationships.

My Background and Approach

My background is rooted in trauma-informed, relational, and equity-centered practice, with experience supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families across diverse identities and life circumstances. I have worked extensively with clients navigating trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD, ASD, PDA, Dyslexia), adoption, parenting, and complex relational dynamics, including those adjusting to new or layered roles and identities. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and Brainspotting, alongside somatic and polyvagal-informed practices emphasizing nervous system regulation and safety. I center cultural humility, strengths-based care, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. Together, we build emotional insight, strengthen regulation skills, and support meaningful, sustainable change aligned with your values.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens in relationships where people feel safe, seen, and respected. I view each person as the expert of their own experience, with inherent strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth. I am committed to cultural humility and to actively examining power, privilege, and systemic impacts on mental health. I believe therapy should be collaborative, flexible, and responsive to individual needs, honoring diverse identities, neurodiversity, relationships, and family structures. I trust the wisdom of the body and the importance of nervous system regulation in healing from trauma. I value authenticity, compassion, and accountability, and I strive to create a space where clients can explore, unlearn, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel empowering, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
