About My Clients
Do you feel on edge often? Does it constantly feel like you're just living in survival mode? Is life becoming so overwhelming that even the small things that didn't used to bother you now do? Do you constantly feel misunderstood? Judged? Alone? Because of this, your relationships may struggle, you may feel isolated, and the worst part is, you want to change this feeling so bad, but you just don't know how. This is where I come in.
My Background and Approach
As a clinician, I help teens facing anxiety, therapists facing burnout, neurodivergent adults, and anyone dealing with relationship issues. I will utilize modalities consisting of emotional exploration, attachment styles, family dynamics, the mind-body approach, and more. But first and foremost, my speciality is within a person-centered approach, meaning I meet you where you are at, in awareness that each person has unique experiences and relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a way to self-healing, and discovering your inner strengths that have been there all along. As a society, there is a lot of overwhelm, stress, and anxiety more than ever before. Therapy is an outlet to help navigate difficult emotions you are feeling, and is a safe place to feel validated in your experiences. As someone who has been in therapy myself, there is true power and peace in simply being heard. When I finally decided to overcome my fears about therapy, my relationships thrived, and I became more confident and authentic. Anxiety no longer ruled my life, and I learned how to navigate life's inevitable challenges. Oftentimes, a nonjudgmental space that promotes honesty, trust, and safety is what you needed all along.
