About My Clients
I’m inspired by clients who are open to trying new approaches, exploring themselves with curiosity, and making changes that support emotional well-being and stronger relationships. I especially connect with those willing to take small, meaningful steps toward growth in a supportive, collaborative space.
My Background and Approach
My approach is person-centered and collaborative, grounded in the belief that therapy works best when it is tailored to you. I draw from Internal Family Systems and relational models to help you better understand your inner world, strengthen relationships, and build self-awareness. I am especially passionate about working with clients impacted by larger systems, including family dynamics, social structures, and institutional stressors. Many struggles make sense in context. Together, we explore these influences and focus on small, meaningful changes that can create lasting emotional relief, healthier patterns, and sustainable growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are profoundly shaped by their experiences and the systems they grow up in and move through. Many emotional and relational struggles are not signs of weakness, but adaptive responses to stress, adversity, and unmet needs. I hold a trauma-informed perspective that emphasizes safety, compassion, and collaboration. I believe healing happens at a pace that feels respectful and empowering, through small, intentional shifts that support nervous system regulation, healthier patterns, and a deeper sense of agency and connection.
