About My Clients
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – In Training (LPC-IT) and I earned my Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. Throughout my time in school, I bring experience from an outpatient clinic, a college counseling center, and community mental health. As I begin as a professional, I am working with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem.

My approach is integrative and person-centered. I believe therapy should feel like a collaboration, and I work alongside you to explore what feels most supportive, empowering, and meaningful for you. We will move at your pace, using approaches that align with your strengths and goals. Rabbit Holes Counseling, LLC believes that no two brains function exactly alike, and I hold that belief at the core of my work.
