I specialize in working with teens, young adults struggling with depression and anxiety. I deeply connect with adolescence and early adulthood because I understand firsthand that while it can be exciting, it can also feel challenging and overwhelming. I am passionate about helping my clients navigate things like life transitions, difficult relationships, traumatic events, low self-esteem, self doubt, setting boundaries, assertiveness skills, identity issues, and challenging work environments.
My Background and Approach
I have an integrative approach to healing that includes expressive arts, walk-and-talk therapy, CBT, mindfulness, or deeper trauma healing practices like brainspotting.
