For those who are ready to engage in their therapeutic work, our therapy can be a space of learning and healing. If you find yourself here after a death or loss you may be needing a place to feel and be with your grief. Overwhelm, sadness, and body symptoms may be draining you. Grief is a powerful wave that needs space and time to move through you. Therapy can provide a warm space to move along the turbulent waters of grief to find both acceptance and meaning in your suffering.

I offer a gentle and whole person approach to deeply explore emotional struggles and challenges you may be experiencing. Through compassion and curiosity, I provide a safe environment to meet you where you are. I work from a humanistic and depth psychology orientation and believe that healing is within you. Using mindfulness, art, somatic attention, and deep presence, our work will aim to move you closer towards the root of your challenge to bring acceptance, clarity, and solace to your world.
