About My Clients
I work with high-achieving women who look like they have it together but feel exhausted underneath from always being the capable one. You're running on vigilance, not ease. You overthink decisions you already know the answer to. You can't remember the last time you felt calm in your own body. You're successful and still not sure it's ever enough. You don't need to be in crisis to belong here, you just need to be tired of holding it together while feeling like you're barely holding on.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in Arizona and California, working specifically with high-achieving women because I understand what it takes to carry trauma that doesn't show up on the outside, and what it takes to finally put it down. That focus means every tool I use fits how driven, self-aware women actually process things. My training goes beyond talk therapy into approaches that work with your nervous system, not just your thoughts. In practice, that means depth oriented processing, and more lasting relief. Instead of endlessly analyzing why you feel a certain way, we work directly with the parts of you still on high alert, so calm becomes something you feel, not just understand. You don't have to be falling apart to deserve this kind of support. Many of my clients are thriving by every outside measure, they're just ready for their inside to finally catch up.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Beyond the credentials, what drives this work for me is simple: I love it. There's nothing better than watching a client go from surviving her own life to actually trusting herself in it; that moment when things click is why I do this. I'm also deeply committed to normalizing mental health care, especially for women who are used to being the strong one, the fixer, the person everyone else leans on. Therapy isn't a last resort or a sign something's wrong with you. It's a resource for anyone ready to feel as good on the inside as their life looks on paper, and I want to be part of making that feel normal, not stigmatized.
