About My Clients
If you’re feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in relationship patterns that don’t seem to change, you’re not alone. Many people seek therapy when past experiences or attachment wounds continue to affect how they feel, relate, or cope — even when they’re high-functioning in other areas of life. I work with teens and adults who want to better understand themselves, heal from trauma, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels manageable and respectful. I primarily use EMDR and psychodynamic therapy to help clients process trauma and gain deeper insight into long-standing patterns. I also integrate CBT, ACT, and DBT skills when helpful to support emotional regulation, coping, and day-to-day challenges. Clients often come to therapy to work on anxiety, trauma and PTSD, attachment wounds, emotional dysregulation, relationship challenges, and difficulty feeling connected to themselves or others. Therapy can support you in developing greater self-awareness, emotional stability, and more satisfying relationships.
