Struggling with stress, loneliness, disappointment, anxiety or sadness? I can help. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, validated and supported as we navigate the challenges in your life. If you're an individual, teen, or a couple- I'm here for you. Also, if you struggle with substance use, love/sex addiction, trauma, communication, and emotion regulation- I'm the therapist for you.
My Background and Approach
If you are feeling disconnected, unheard, stuck, and alone, I'm here to help you find the path out of pain. I believe therapy is space for you to be seen, heard, and to feel safe. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach towards your struggles, we will discover new perspectives to approaching life. Using an evidence-based approach, I'll teach you coping tools, use EMDR to heal trauma, use emotion focused individual therapy, and will help you find a new way to deal with life. By exploring your experience with curiosity and compassion, we can free you from your pain and can start your path to freedom and healing.
